How could fats be important for bone health, you might ask? It turns out that certain key vitamins are fat soluble, meaning that require fat in order to be properly absorbed and utilized in the body. Fat-soluble Vitamin K2 is very helpful with bone formation and health. Vitamin K2 may help to support the bonding of calcium to the bone matrix, which supports healthy bone density and strength. Vitamin K2 has this effect by supporting natural, healthy levels of osteocalcin, a hormone important to bone formation.
Adults - Take one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, acacia, corn starch.
Guaranteed no added: sugar, yeast, soy, wheat, dairy, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, egg, fragrance, artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, animal products, crustacean shellfish.
Do not take Vitamin K if you have liver/kidney damage or if taking blood thinners such as Aspirin, Heparin, and Coumadin®
