Jarrow Formulas® QH-absorb® + PQQTM combines Ubiquinol, the active antioxidant form of Co-Q10 that has been shown to be better absorbed, with PQQ, another antioxidant to promote mitochondrial biogenesis (the creation of new mitochondria). QH-absorb + PQQ provides dual antioxidant support for mitochondrial health and healthy cardiovascular function, while also helping to restore Co-Q10 levels reduced by statins and/or aging.

Adults take 1 softgel 1-2 times a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Medium chain triglycerides (modified coconut oil), sunflower lecithin, softgel (bovine gelatin, water, glycerin, annatto [color]), beeswax, rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).
No major allergens.
