Shipping Policy

Food/Vitamins/Herbal Supplements/Non-Prescription Medicines: Max of a three-month supply for personal consumption.

Non-Food/Non-Supplements/Cosmetics: Max 20 pieces per order.

Delivery/Shipping – Free Delivery on Orders Over 99 SAR*

We provide free delivery on orders over 99 SAR with Standard Delivery –Local Delivery, and on orders over 110 SAR with Local Delivery (Climate Controlled). Some courier product exclusions may apply.

• Standard Delivery – Local Delivery: 15 SAR delivery fee for orders below 99 SAR.
• Standard Delivery – Local Delivery (Climate Controlled): 20 SAR delivery fee for orders below 375 SAR.

VAT & Customs Duties

Shipments arriving in Saudi Arabia are subject to 15% VAT (Value Added Tax) in accordance with government regulations. As of March 18, 2021, the 15% VAT is included in the product price and is no longer collected separately at checkout. For more information on VAT, please visit the government's official website.

As of October 6, 2024, a customs service fee is collected at checkout for orders arriving in the Kingdom, as mandated by ZATCA according to Resolution No. (03-03-34) dated 18/10/1445 AH.

Timing

We try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All iHerb products are sourced from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Orders are shipped by air freight from our temperature controlled, GMP/IOSS certified warehouses in Saudi Arabia.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. However, some orders may experience longer transit times due to air freight delays, customs clearance holds, or other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb's control.

Restrictions

At iHerb, we respect the rules and regulations of the Saudi government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site.
