MegaFood NAD+ Boost delivers 400 mg of Nicotinamide Riboside per serving to support NAD+ production for healthy aging in addition to Resveratrol, a plant compound with antioxidant activity, that helps reduce oxidative stress and support skin health. NAD+ helps support muscle tissue & cellular health, and helps maintain DNA integrity as we age. This formula also contains the active form of vitamin B6, as well as methylated forms of Folate and B12 to support brain health and cellular energy metabolism.

Adults take 2 capsules daily, any time of day with food and a beverage.
