Works well & tastes good but 4 oz is too little. You’ll need t buy 2-3 bottles as you’re supposed to take 2 tsp every 2-3 hours, 4 times daily. Even so, besides being good for cough, it helps your immune system. I’ll continue taking it even without a cough since it’s immune support as well. Buy it.
